Savory Mushroom Crackers

  • Recipe by Dietrich:

    Two Portabella Mushrooms Marinated in Olive Oil, Braggs Liquid Amino, Garlic clove, Ancho Chile(dried Poblano chilies). Pureed with soaked Sunflower Seeds and dehydrated home-grown Tomatoes &Yellow Onion. Spread onto Teflex Dehydrator sheet -set at 116 degrees for approx 24 hrs.

    I found that one side was thicker, and had the taste of a really good garden burger, so if you made this in a burger patty shape it would make an ideal Raw Burger!
